We’re committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we handle order dispatch, timelines, and delivery operations for purchases made through Frookoon’s website or mobile application.

All orders are shipped and delivered in 8 to 10 days with respective location .

1. Serviceable Areas

  • Frookoon currently delivers across select cities and towns in India, primarily covering tier-2 and tier-3 locations.

  • Delivery availability depends on your pin code. You can check serviceability during checkout.

  • We are continuously expanding our network to serve more locations.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and packed within 1–2 hours of confirmation during working hours.

  • Orders placed after business hours or during festivals/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once the order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS or email with tracking or delivery details.


3. Delivery Time

  • Same-day or next-day delivery is available in most serviceable areas.

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on product type, stock availability, location, and order volume.

  • During high-demand periods (festivals, flash sales, or natural disruptions), deliveries may take longer than usual.


4. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges may apply based on order value, distance, or delivery slot selected.

  • Any applicable shipping fee will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.

  • For certain promotional offers, delivery may be provided free of cost.


5. Delivery Confirmation

  • Our delivery partners will contact you upon arrival at your address.

  • Customers are requested to inspect the package before accepting the delivery.

  • If the package is damaged, tampered, or incorrect, you are advised to refuse delivery and inform our customer support team immediately.


6. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, our delivery partner will attempt a second delivery or contact you to reschedule.

  • After two unsuccessful attempts, the order may be cancelled, and a refund (if applicable) will be processed as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.


7. Tracking Orders

  • You can view your order status and delivery updates in the ‘My Orders’ section of the Frookoon app or website.

  • For additional help, you can contact our support team with your Order ID.


8. Delays and Exceptions

  • While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen delays can occur due to:

    • Weather conditions

    • High order volume

    • Public holidays or lockdowns

    • Operational or logistical constraints

  • Frookoon will notify customers in case of significant delays and ensure appropriate resolution.
