Refund & Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Frookoon.
We value our customers and are committed to providing a transparent and reliable shopping experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for all orders placed through Frookoon, using any online payment method such as UPI, debit/credit cards, and digital wallets.


1. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing the order, provided they have not yet been processed or dispatched.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team via:

  • Once the order is confirmed or dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

  • The order was cancelled within the permitted time frame.

  • The item delivered was damaged, expired, or incorrect.

  • The order could not be delivered due to Frookoon’s operational or service-related issues.

  • The damaded expired and incorrect item will get delivered in 8 to 10 days after the verification is done from the team .

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after dispatch.

  • Incorrect address or customer unavailability during delivery.


3. Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed and credited to the original payment method (PhonePe, UPI, card, or wallet) within 5–7 business days.

  • In case of banking or technical delays, it may take up to 10 working days.

  • A confirmation email or SMS will be sent once the refund has been initiated.


4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Perishable items such as fruits, vegetables, dairy products, and frozen goods are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they are damaged or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • Promotional, combo, or discounted products are not eligible for refunds unless a valid quality or delivery issue is reported.


5. Dispute Resolution

If you believe an unauthorized or incorrect transaction has occurred, please contact us immediately at support@frookoon.in or 8700243017.
We will investigate and coordinate with our payment gateway partners (including PhonePe) following RBI’s grievance redressal framework.
