Refund & Cancellation Policy

We value our customers and are committed to providing a transparent and reliable shopping experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for all orders placed through Frookoon, using any online payment method such as UPI, debit/credit cards, and digital wallets.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing the order, provided they have not yet been processed or dispatched.
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team via:

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable in the following cases:
The order was cancelled within the permitted time frame.
The item delivered was damaged, expired, or incorrect.
The order could not be delivered due to Frookoon’s operational or service-related issues.
- The damaded expired and incorrect item will get delivered in 8 to 10 days after the verification is done from the team .
Refunds will not be issued for:
Change of mind after dispatch.
Incorrect address or customer unavailability during delivery.
3. Refund Process
Once approved, refunds will be processed and credited to the original payment method (PhonePe, UPI, card, or wallet) within 5–7 business days.
In case of banking or technical delays, it may take up to 10 working days.
A confirmation email or SMS will be sent once the refund has been initiated.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Perishable items such as fruits, vegetables, dairy products, and frozen goods are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they are damaged or incorrect at the time of delivery.
Promotional, combo, or discounted products are not eligible for refunds unless a valid quality or delivery issue is reported.
5. Dispute Resolution
If you believe an unauthorized or incorrect transaction has occurred, please contact us immediately at support@frookoon.in or 8700243017.
We will investigate and coordinate with our payment gateway partners (including PhonePe) following RBI’s grievance redressal framework.
